* MD of this company has no authority to approve even INR 500 expenses. * A guy who should have clearly retired decades ago is made the group president to whom the MD has to salute day in and day out. * MD is like a personal secretary to the group founder and has no say during meetings. * Monthly meetings happen in Pune which is good 250 kilo metres away from Mumbai. So all employees joining in Mumbai office please make a note of this. You can expect the MD to share a taxi ride with you during this meet and throw her attitude. She will make you feel uncomfortable during the whole journey which includes not stopping for washroom breaks. She will look at you and roll her eyes and will say that she is having a headache.
