Pros

Work life balance is great, and workload is appropriate. Flex PTO has a been an easy transition although they won’t pay banked hours until you leave company.

Cons

Insurance is expensive and changes EVERY YEAR. For 2025, the company was kind enough to wipe out all orthodontic services and many medications. Now we’re not only paying higher cost but also higher costs out of pocket for lost coverage. This action was not for the employees. In addition to the cost of insurance, raises and promotions are mostly nonexistent especially with a top heavy company.

Pros

Friendly upper management and emotionally intelligent line managers.

Cons

Project managers believed over CTAs and CRAs every time an issue is raised when many issues are initiated by manager's actions, poor communication, or unrealistic delegation activities. Burnout based on lack of respect and bad management skills drives away dedicated employees.
