Some managers and developers are really talented and very nice to work with. Overall development process is not the worst
Cons
Low culture level. I faced classical examples of bullying and mobbing. There were no repercussions for the offenders and I was offered to visit a psychiatrist. Before that there were constant ethnic based jokes. So much I even thought it was ok until I realised it is unacceptable. The last but not least - hidden politics and lack of professionalism . Some people are friends, some are enemies. It affects development process. People, who are not supposed to, knew my salary. Even though I was hired without knowing German, I was constantly told that I have to speak it, since there is a language course in the company and since this is a German company.
