Management didn't have a clue on how to manage. None of the managers had any formal management training or prior management experience. The company overworks their employees. They are always reducing their work force. They will let someone go and then expect another employee to do the work of two or more employees. One day they will tell you that you're awesome and the next day they will fire you. It's just not a good place to work for.
