This company used to have an excellent culture - young, eager and smart and a strong team focus with great company events and an overall positive office vibe.
Cons
Over the past two years there have been 37 people quit or fired. The top performers left because they felt they weren't being challenged and management is in a constant state of panic, changing directions on a daily basis. Company's new direction is about a decade out of date.
