Pros
A few nice and helpful people, Decent pay, nice building, nice lunch room, onsite gym and easy parking.
Cons
Less Holidays compared to other companies. Restricted PTO during peak times, small PTO accrual rates. Lack of overall structure and training. Some unprofessional people who are reactive versus proactive and who don't like to share knowledge. Stressful!
