Pros

Benefits aren't bad and there are many pizza parties.

Cons

The company is family run by a 2nd-generation President and a "hired consultant". If it weren't for these two, the company would be perfectly fine to work for. There is a complete lack of direction due to these two constantly having conflicting decisions, which are often reversed (and sometimes back again) over the span of weeks, days, or even hours. This leads to a chaotic and stressful environment where people aren't sure what to do and have to redo tasks over and over again. New decisions are also often based around industry buzz words and doing things that will make the company look good. If you disagree with the President, you are put on the naughty list and will eventually end up being fired or forced to quit. Negativity is a fire-able offense creating an atmosphere of fear and distrust. The President and some directors are disrespectful and do not pay attention during important meetings by looking at their phones or taking pictures of the President's dog while "team members" are presenting. It is truly depressing seeing how many long-term and highly skilled "team members" have quit or been fired due to this over the past few years. Do your research before accepting a position here.

Pros

I’ve learned so much from my supervisors and team leaders because they empower me to take ownership of my work while providing the right level of guidance when needed. It creates a positive environment where we all feel appreciated."

Cons

I can focus exactly on what the user needs, rather than guessing or making assumptions.

Pros

Great people to work with, local jobs for the area, and co workers enjoy each other's company for the most part. Work life balance for salaried employees are nice.

Cons

Major overturn, due to lack of proper communication for people coming on, and management has major disagreements at time where they cannot seem to agree on processes and technology.
