Proclinical Response
6yThank you for taking the time to provide your feedback on your experience with Proclinical. We are disappointed to hear that your perception of the business and your colleagues is of this nature. I would like to address some of your comments as we feel that some of them are unfounded and misleading.
Proclinical is well known in the industry as a company that has never been ‘an aggressive KPI driven business'. Our KPIs have remained the same for many years, 15 in total and are regarded as low for industry standards.
Our commission structure adapts and evolves with the business every year, as it does most recruitment agencies and if you have been with the business for more than one year, you will be aware of this. As we continue to grow as a business, with 16 offices globally, this is completely normal and necessary for many reasons. If anyone is reading this and has concerns then I would welcome them to approach our TA team to review the schemes and judge as we benchmark annually and we believe it to be strong for the industry.
During these challenging and unprecedented times, we are proud of how we quickly and efficiently set up all 215 of our employees to work remotely across the globe, providing company laptops and equipment where possible and across all 16 offices. With the on-set of Covid, our first concern was about the safety of our employees and given that 60% of the company uses desktops and the lead time for our supplier (Dell) is a month at time of writing this response, we asked everyone that could use a home laptop to do so for assistance, so people could keep working from home where they would be safe. This isn’t to do with money or investment in the slightest, just speed and safety.
Managers have been keeping in touch with their team members regularly over the past 2 weeks but this is to ensure they have the necessary support and tools to do their job effectively whilst we work remotely. We are keen to ensure that all staff also have adequate support mentally at an extremely uncertain time like this. Some staff are very new to recruitment and need more development and assistance so contact levels depend on the employee.
Any employee that attends company incentives or are promoted are done so within the strict parameters of our consistent reward and recognition schemes. The management team work hard to ensure that each incentive is organised fairly and consistently.
The comments you make around ‘bullying’ are concerning. I would be keen to better understand your thoughts and feelings shared here through direct feedback, so please feel free to out to reach out to me directly on j.kinsella@proclinical.com.
