Pros
-Catered lunch which I heard has changed and is no longer free for the most part. - You do end up up working with some really cool people. - The WFH was nice while it lasted. It has now switched to a hybrid situation which seemed to only apply to lower level employees. It was very rare to see the CEO in office who requires 4 days a week from the rest of his employees. - Pay is very low for the industry - They are AI obsessed so if you are hired here, it's very possible they can just automate the work done by your position and eliminate it.
Cons
-No real room for growth, they very seldom promote ANYONE. It took years to get promoted and there was no real guidelines set out for you to know what it would take to get promoted. - "Raises are a joke" and you would only see a significant pay raise if you were promoted, which again could take years if it happened at all. - The systems they have in place are so old and it felt like they were lightyears behind other tech companies. - The scarcity of women in top leadership roles, including executive boards and the C-suite
