Pros

Where the office is based has a lovely sun rise. Met some very good guys and had some proper good laughs.

Cons

*Its in the middle of the sticks. *The management dont care about you. * pay you as little as possible and squeeze as much out of you as they can for no appreciation. * The customers are rude and management dont have your back.

These bad reviews have recently come to our attention. We have reason to believe these reviews are all from the same former employee. It seems very coincidental that these reviews are left every time we advertise for a new position. This person is certainly correct, in that the team are the backbone of the company. Whether it is during the regular appraisals, open forum meetings, the suggestion box or simply as/when, we truly value feedback, as this feedback helps shape the business moving. Overall, our clients are amazing, and they continue to recommend us on a regular basis. Obviously, every business suffers from a difficult client or everyone can have a bad day. In most cases, I find it is the way our team approaches the client/situation that determines the client’s response. We are lucky that the current team are amazing with clients and as such we get individual positive feedback many times a week. I’m glad this person liked the sunrise, obviously being the middle of the sticks has its pros and con. The new office is more central with Lidl being less than a 10-minute walk. Unfortunately, Glassdoor do not vet whether the person leaving the review is genuine. It would be good if people were verified using some sort of formal identification, or had employment verified by HMRC.

Pros

Management are approachable and always willing to listen. Staff are friendly and helpful as much as possible. The benefit of full work from home in my case has been incredible and never felt pressured because of working like this. If there are ever any problems, there is never blame or fingers pointed, it's always a case of "how can we resolve/improve this situation". Monthly staff meetings to discuss how the business is doing, the direction we're going, clients coming on-board/leaving, staff joining/leaving, etc. Great communication, even with remote workers (like me). Free internet provided, free training provided for your job role and even arrangements to go on courses if needed. I could list more but it would take all day. Great company to work for and I've not been this satisfied in an IT job role since I started in the industry ~10 years ago.

Cons

Workload can sometimes be high but even this can be discussed with management and they will create a plan to improve things.

Pros

The people in special from management layer are very fendly and empatic. From my perspective they are creating a good balance between work and personal life

Cons

Dont have cons remaks. Everything was goid from my view
