Pros
Honestly, I love this place. It's a small business with personality that has been growing quickly over the last 4 years. The company has gotten larger organically without loans or investors. It's a high energy, fun place to work. The pay is fantastic, and I've felt challenged consistently. Also, management listens to my opinion and ideas. My input is taken seriously, and I really enjoy having some small part in shaping a growing business. The CEO, Jason Marsh, is one of the most generous people I've ever met. No joke. He goes the extra mile to treat his employees well, and he tries hard to do right by people. He's personable and has a ton of positive energy. He also works harder and longer than anyone at the company.
Cons
Just like with any growing businesses, there are occasional growing pains. You will have to be able to learn quickly and adapt. It's a dynamic work environment that I've really enjoyed. It can be stressful at times, but it's extremely rewarding. I don't really see it as a con truthfully. If you just want to fit easily as some cog into the corporate machine where everything is laid out in a how-to manual...this isn't the place for you. You have to do critical thinking here, and everyone is expected to pull their weight.
