Pros
I've only been at Prodly a couple months....so far I've been most impressed with the quality of the people here (very important with a 20 person company!) as well as the quality of the tech. I chose to come here partially because with a start-up, I have the ability to help build the company and its partnerships from the ground up. So far, it has not disappointed in the least! I've experienced a collaborative and transparent work environment with smart people whom I look forward to speaking to daily. Our senior leaders are intelligent but definitely look to everyone in the company to shape our culture, processes, and future. Would be a great fit for fellow creative thinkers willing to spend time and energy helping others not just in their own job function.
Cons
I haven't personally experienced any cons - but I think it's important for any possible candidates to assess whether this is the right fit. You need to have a good amount of energy, willingness to adapt to change, creative and collaborative thinking skills, and a self-starter mentality. While you learn from the smart folks around you, you don't have someone micro-managing you nor do you have defined "playbooks" for your role at the individual contributor level. Basically...you have a lot of control over your own destiny which for me is awesome, but for others this could be intimidating or difficult.
