Inconsistent benefits, you don’t know if you are getting what you should. Mileage reimbursement .20 cents per mile. Should be criminal. Have to monitor your pay diligently to make sure you are paid correctly. You will never get a raise. No chance to better yourself or move up within the company. PTO is crap, no holidays and no hope of it getting better.
