Pros
Health/dental benefits, discounts, meeting new people, helping patients feel better, a better understanding of office management. They have nice events that try to bring the company together.
Cons
The pay was not worth the stress! No room for growth, not much of a raise i believe at most i received $0.25, very unprofessional workplace and HR, I couldn't ever change my schedule because the person that was their longer than i was always had top priority. They also laid me off after a few months, i'm guessing because they didn't want to pay my insurance benefits.
