Pros
The Owner is very open to listening to her staff and driving Company Morale. She is extremely big on Company Sponsored Holiday Events, Employee Appreciation Days, Company Bonuses, Annual Performance Appraisals and looking at the whole employee. The company has grown tremendously since I started working for them in August 2013 and I am proud to work for such a wonderful organization.
Cons
We have grown so quickly we have almost run out of space! It means less employees will get to experience such a wonderful company, where the owner actually cares about the staff.
