Not possible to increase your salary or get bonus unless you achieve budget on all 3 measurement (decided from HQ), a lot of people quitting recently due to not feeling valued and there is a general concensus from management that you as an employer do not have any rights and "if you do not like being here then just quit" attitude. which is a shame, because good employees are hard to find especially within the optical business. Also not a lot of diversity and most in management are white men or men nonetheless. it is a female dominated trade, so that is a bit odd.
