Pros
Management is very open and treats every employee as if family. It's a totally remote work environment with flexible hours. Everyone works as one huge team. You're not judged if you ask a question or raise a concern. Profit Matters really values the work life balance.
Cons
Since they're a fairly new company, they are having growing pains. However, they have virtual town hall meetings to openly discuss any issues/problems, possible solutions, and then (are actually) following thru with action to resolve the issues/problems.
