This ranges from big gestures like considerate accommodations during life events, to small gestures like taking time during staff meetings to ask how people are and congratulate them in front of the team. It's easy to feel disconnected from the team when working from home, but management makes an active effort to stay engaged and connected to the team. I do not feel like an "employee" here, I feel like a valuable team member and a human being. *Amazing benefits - Great healthcare, mileage compensation, 401k, a monthly amazon card as a thank you, an awesome Yeti thermos as a Christmas gift, you name it they probably offer it. *Realistic expectations - Previous employers in the SEO industry have had unrealistic expectations on performance or work outcomes, shamed employees in front of the client when work did not meet expectations, and even outright lied to clients.
