Pros
As long as you’re ready to strap in for the ups and downs of working for a boutique consultancy, this is a fabulous place to work. I love (I mean actually love) my co-workers, there is an an energy and a kindness and an intelligence that come together in “Profusionistas” that makes me want to give my best to this organisation. I’ve had some of the best years of my career here. There is so much room to grow, a tonne of flexibility, and lots of space and support to just be yourself. Great diversity of clients and projects as well.
Cons
The ups and downs that come with that start-up vibe! I thrive off these challenges, like figuring out how to unlock new growth and what organisational structure we need to do that. But probably not the best for someone who likes a clearly defined lane and/or who likes things to be predictable.
