Our entire organization and leadership team take anything related to our workforce very seriously. When a difficult decision occurs, it is only after deep consideration and painful reflection. To correct inaccurate information in your original comment, our President did not “read from a script to fire around 20% of the workforce and showed no remorse or concern”. Separate discussions took place with those team members that were affected. Following those discussions, our president led an internal meeting with the rest of the ProgenyHealth team members to provide them with an update.
