Cons
The workload is completely unrealistic. You get assigned cases every single day, expected to jump on them immediately, make yourself available for customer service calls for cases your not handling, handle total losses, set up repairs, etc. It hurts customer service because the adjuster is not able to get back to the customer as frequently as they should because they're buried under a mountain of work.
