Not bad but not good either - Customer Service Representative (CSR) Progressive Insurance Employee Review

Pros

Many pros like the benefits, schedule, flexibility and talking to people all day.

Cons

The trainings are not the best, you will learn while working but after 2 years out of nowhere I was told I was doing it all wrong which its very odd...the communication lacks a bit. But it will all fall on the employee if its something they can do or not.

Pros

One day a week in the office. No weekends. Work from home 4 days. New hires do have to be in office 2 days for first year then go to 1 day a week. Benefits are good. Everyone is awesome. Really only had one supervisor who was a little on the micro managing side but they were new to it. Other than that VP don down the line to adjuster are all super nice and approachable

Cons

It’s a stress full job. I love it but it’s not for everyone. You have to be on your A game every day or you will get behind
