Progressive in name, not nature - Marketing Executive Progressive Property Employee Review

Pros

You spend far too much time with your colleagues to hate them, and thankfully those I spent the most time with were not only great at their job, but lovely people I was genuinely happy to see each day. There is chance of growth and benefits in the company, however it is only for the “favourite” teams.

Cons

Unfortunately, one by one, those colleagues all left for their own, but very similar reasons. Severe punishment when leaving made a tough decision an easy one, as I have never been spoken to so rudely, and as our meeting room is a glass box, publicly, as I was upon handing in my resignation. While this is absolutely unacceptable, more than anything it left me with sadness that after working so hard for people I had gotten to know well, true colours came out that way. Other than that: - Progressive in name, not in nature: while many in our team tried to push forward, they were very unwilling to try something new. I was still painfully doing the same thing I did 3 years prior with no changes. - Changing/taking away commissions with one month notice with no room for discussion. Cannot be trusted to pay what is promised. - Progression only available when you leave for a better role - WhatsApp messages after hours - Benefits/incentives for some teams, getting shouted at publicly for suggesting other teams get it for others

Pros

Some colleagues and managers are friendly and very well-meaning.

Cons

A focus on amplifying "anti-woke" viewpoints, which isn't exactly what the world needs now, especially the social media posts targeting minorities with insults, this isn't professional or moral Seems like you're attracting a gullible low-value audience through rather flaky 'money-making' ghost-written campaigns.
