Poor boundaries and burnout: Unrealistic workloads and emotional labor are expected without proper support or acknowledgment. Retaliation for speaking up: Bringing up concerns (even professionally) often leads to being pushed out, silenced, or ignored. Lack of accountability: Clear policies are either missing or inconsistently applied, leading to favoritism and dysfunction.
