      Little to no opportunity for advancements. Depending on management, there can be division of understanding or lack of support from upper management.

      Amazing friendly people, break time with yummy snacks, go to walk in the pride parade!

      Area was a little sketchy but getting better and security guard always there to help.

      Free POH meals & coffee.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, Gender and sexual orientation preferences, allocation of budget/s were never delivered, new staff have to deal with senior staff who are not open to new and refreshing ideas, the title "manager" has been given to incapable candidates. A broken structure and leadership. HR is broken and organization lacks of mental health support available to staff.
