Ar first, you felt you belonged to a family, but that changed very quickly.

Poor management team. No direction or focus. They have no problems laying off/firing people. For example, we had a birthday celebration with coffee and cake, afterwards a number of us were directed to the multi-purpose room and they told us we were fired. I also know that the COO fired someone via email. What kind of company does this??

Great working culture and very competent people. Work with some big clients.

Communication from management can be better. Talent management is not very good.
