      Large Corporation Nice Socials with good food

      Cons

      HR outsourced to cheaper to manage India. The distance completely disconnects with culture and actual goings-on within the UK space. Company will always go for the cheap option and refused to elaborate Demands and pressures are incredible and once mentioned instead of addressing it, they usually let the person go because they "Cant handle it"

      - ownership/management is completely out of touch with reality - company has not experienced growth in several years - father/son duo are difficult to deal with - low pay and subpar benefits - no branding or name recognition
