Pros
Okay have to write 2p words so I will just say there are almost no pros except they have great benefits.
Cons
No real schedule, management is awful putting people in management positions that have no experience and often can't even do the job themselves. Don't get sick because even with a doctors note you will be written up. Have a schedule that says you should be off by 3 in the afternoon since being at work since 6 am and then expectb you to work until 5 or 6 everyday and will place points against you if you choose not to work the overtime. I'm actually quite surprised to not see more reviews. Turn over rate very high! Ownership oversees nothing at the employee level nor do they care to. They are aware if the problems here but do nothing. And h.r. people, don't even get me started.
