Avoid. - Mechanical Assembler Promeco Group Employee Review

I can hardly name pros of this company. But with careful examination here they are. First of all I have to give credit for their new employer policies. Most companies these days require long work experiences from young people which is quite rare. But in Promeco all you had to do was behave appropriately and have a degree. The other pro is work situation. Promeco has loads of work coming their way and you don't have to be afraid to lose your job because of that.

If you intend to stay at Promeco you probably will most likely not go forward on your career at all. Prepare to do the same work for as long as you live. The salary is very bad comparing to other jobs available. The work repeats itself alot because there are just a few basic units they assemble. There are no benefits of compensation available. The management is still inexperienced. In this case it means they are coming out as too strict.
