Pros
The environment is nice and friendly, very informal. There's lot of flexibility. You can have a chat with the partners without any problem. In terms of methodology, Prometeia is quite advanced and it is possibile to acquire a good expertise well recognised on the market. Bonus is normally higher than standards (but then you have to pay 25% of costs plus the taxes)
Cons
Salaries are lower than standards, compared to other consultancies Total lack of organisation (sometimes it gets to levels that are really embarrassing) No clear career growth path Extra hours are not paid Training is non-existent Evaluation process is not clear and sometimes very subjective
