Pros
Things move fast at Pronq and the work isn't repetitive, so no day is boring. The culture and work environment differs greatly from HP's and I actually enjoy working in the office. FREE FOOD! Huge bean bag chairs that I often work in. Game room with massage chairs over looking the Moffett Air Base. People want you to succeed and they are more than willing to help you. Management is great, they listen and use the feedback given to them. Overall, it has been the best company I have worked for.
Cons
Things are moving fast, so staying in the loop and having everyone on the same page is difficult, but they are managing.
