* Extremely high turnover, some people lasting just a week * No training provided at all * Low salary for high expectations * Day to day confusion * Leadership team not on the same page * Poor treatment of staff * Poor communication * Changing strategy on almost a daily basis * No hierarchy or company structure * Terrible office space * Weird salary system

Easy work sometimes, but that's a con too.
