Lacks comprehensive channel training for junior level roles. Propellic hires at the Senior level almost all of the time, making this a non-issue for 99% of people that apply.
Travel industry focus. I do believe this makes our work better but it's a potential con for staff who want experience across a variety of industries, which is something a lot of people hope to get out of an agency.
