Pros
In starting they treat you as a familiar person. You feel like you are in the current company with currect people.
Cons
All is P game into the entire company. She can make you and she can fire or humiliate you. The company has no ethics to how to run company and how can you treat with the employees. They all playing nowadays hire and fire. I existed there but one day my heart and brain said to me why wasting your time and effort here.
