you will sign for 2 weeks notice period, but their notice periods starts from Friday to Friday so, you cannot leave the job on any other day; as 2 weeks of your own effort will be deducted they don’t allow you to get any kind of leaves even if you are sick they don’t count any extra minute you stay extra unless you said you will stay for X minutes or hours. But if you logged 1 minute late with no excuse half day deduction will be applied. And same for the breaks as per they send you the salary in dollars you might receive it in less amount or extra amount if the dollar drops or whatever you will totally feel like a slavery if you did not achieve their goals not yours; as your target is actually in terms of money nothing else. they totally have their own rules which is actually not supported by the national worker rules; thus, your rights are actually invisible
