They are local and woman-owned and have been operating in the Coachella Valley for over 20 years. They have lots of local employer contacts and are very active in the local charitable scene as well. But the biggest pro is that they take the time to get to know you and find you a good placement.

They mainly place administrative, event, and accounting professionals. There are some legacy general labor clients, but other local agencies might be a better match if that is the kind of work you are looking for.
