It's been a year since I've been at PF and hand on my heart, I wish I had joined sooner. PF feels like home - you're working with incredibly talented people from all over the world so you get the chance to learn from the best of the best! There is a very modern way of collaborating and product thinking which I believe is unique for the Middle East. There is clear transparency of goals from the leadership team, you're brought into the vision from day 1 of starting the company which is amazing. Everything is thought out very clearly from your goals, to the amazing training environment. There are constant workshops and platforms you can access to gain more qualifications and progress your career. I also love the work environment, yes we all work hard because the product is truly great and we want to help build something amazing - but you're equally rewarded to feel like you're part of something special. There is always something fun happening in the office - whether it's to celebrate someone or the teams success or to celebrate an occassion. Another pro - this is a very diverse company with people from all over the world which I love!!! I'm very excited to see the growth of PF in 2026 especially across Dubai and Egypt as we continue to build out the product and the team!
