Pros
I get to work with 1 smart spanish engineers at propine. The company provided free fruit juice on every friday. At times there will be free indian snacks from CEO too. I get the freedom to build all the cyber security architecture & framework myself. both CEO & CTO are nice to you, when they need you. Employees get rewarded for 4 months maternity leave even if they were to adopt a child, the company encourage employees who are on probation period to go for 4 months maternity leave.
Cons
It seems like the company does not believe in granting compassionate leave to staff, no salary increment and bonuses, even after hitting my 1 year mark and achieving all the kpi's which was set last year. The CEO and CTO don't seems to trust the people below them. The CEO contradicts alot, often didn't turn up for company meeting when such "meeting culture" was set by the CEO. The CTO always over commit and fail to delivered the said task / commitments. Both CEO & CTO are nasty when they don't need you. The CEO will gather every employees in the meeting room and started scolding and yelling. Verbal abusive at times. When everyone knows that the CEO was the problem.
