The worst place to work at.. - Anonymous employee Propstack Employee Review

This is a real nightmare. Employees are hired with great pomp. They are treated well for a day and then the real scenario starts. The director who sits on the first floor is a real teacher. He has problems with employees having coffee, using washroom, talking to each other, etc. He has even kept an employee incharge of monitoring how many times THE employees go to the washroom etc. So technically, the hired employee sits with a diary and records every in-out time of bathroom usage. The director on top tortures you like hell. He has issues with everything. He has problems with the way one speaks, walks, eats, etc etc. He abuses the employees, calls them names and moreover, everyday, comes to office, targets some people and screams at them for no reason that too right at the center of the floor. Any form of dialogue with him is a game of abuses, yells and irrational talks. Nobody knows where the funding is being used as employee activities aren't practiced at all.
