      A lot of learning Interesting challenges

      Cons

      Very low pay (under 16$ per hour) for engineers. Micromanagement. Very stressful and toxic environment. People don't last more than 6 months there (a lot of firing and quitting) Environment of fear and lack of trust. 0 benefits
