I haven't experienced such an amazing culture until working for Prosource. They value every employee by offering a generous time off bank, range of benefits, and fulfill the need of work/life balance. There is opportunity for continued training and development. There are no downsides to working at Prosource.

Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
