Not very many pros here

Cons

Couldn't keep up with equipment demands during covid. Would send equipment to be sold in other markets while other offices couldnt get it to sale and reps couldn't hit quota but blamed the employees like it was their fault

Thank you for taking the time to provide a review. Like everyone, we struggled to keep up with demand during COVID due to supply chain issues, and we had to prioritize deliveries based on customer need. That situation is much improved today. We recognized the stress delayed deliveries would have on our sales team, however, so we paid commissions on a sale even when equipment hadn’t been delivered. Achieving quota was still expected and attainable, with the only difference being in the turnaround time for delivery due to the lag in the supply chain.

Pros

I trust the leadership of the company, and the managers care about their teams. I've had a lot of opportunities to grow here and have learned a lot. We have fun, too! It has been a great place to work!

Pros

Worked with some nice folks, but if you’re not in the “in team”…you’re screwed.

Cons

High turnover…especially with newer sales folks. Churn and burn mindset. Most sales reps don’t make it past a year. Pay and benefits are generally bad.
