We also offer part-time options and a range of flexible working patterns depending on individual needs. Some people do choose to stay beyond their contracted hours to support a customer or continue with their work, but this is always a personal choice rather than an expectation. In terms of recognition, we’re sorry to hear that you felt this was lacking. We regularly receive positive feedback about our approach to recognising achievement. Alongside our uncapped commission structure — giving people full control over their earning potential — we also run frequent incentives and make sure to celebrate success across teams.
