Unsupportive Work Environment with Poor Communication and Limited Learning Opportunities - NetSuite Business Consultant Protelo Employee Review

I really love the team environment and work culture at Protelo. I have been allowed to grow and develop new skills which has led to my overall job satisfaction and contentment. I also really appreciate the importance the company places on integrity and transparency with not only the customers, but with everyone and everything. That comes from the top down and instills a sense of genuality which I really appreciate.

I do not have any downsides to working at Protelo.

I am a long term employee of Protelo and don’t foresee moving any time soon. It is certainly a supportive, fun and authentic environment with interesting work and busy-enough days. I don’t feel overwhelmed with work here, but we are expected to work hard and be accountable to our jobs, which not everyone can excel at, and that’s okay for those employees to find a job with less knowledge of NetSuite needed (as seen by some reviews here).

Growing pains are always encountered when adding millions in revenue and work year over year. Thankfully, the management is very receptive to agility and fully committed to only bringing on the best resources.
