Proven Behavior Solutions Response
2yThank you for your feedback.
We are very sympathetic to the challenges that all our parents face, staff included. We have and always will be a very family-focused company. This is evident from the way we interact with our client families and the policies & benefits that we have to support our team that surpass any other agency in our region. However, as a professional health care company, our focus is on providing the consistent high quality care that our clients need. Sometimes, personal challenges can create conflicts with that focus. When those conflicts come up, we do the best we can to work with our staff to find a collaborative solution, but at the end of the day we have to maintain the same equitable professional standards for everyone on the team. Unfortunately, the demands of this job aren't the right fit for everyone. When there is a history of inconsistent attendance, we have to address it because it negatively impacts the care the client receives. At no point would a staff member be held responsible for the delays or actions of a client family.
We do not appreciate claims that any of our team members have lied about anyone. We did take this claim seriously and reviewed this feedback with our senior team to ensure that if a miscommunication did take place, it was addressed and learned from.
