- Surrounded by people who are ambitious and motivated - Leadership encourages feedback - When the business is doing good, morale is high and everyone is usually positive - Uncapped earnings
Cons
- Negativity and trash talk spreads fast and is promoted/facilitated by leadership - Weird mandatory training sessions that seem out of touch with people who actually want/need training - During low times in the business, there was no attempt at team bonding events to keep morale up
