Pros

1. Exposure to Strong Projects & Technologies Employees often get the chance to work on meaningful, technically rich projects that push boundaries in enterprise content and cloud-based solutions. The tech stack is modern—think SharePoint, Azure, AI integrations—which keeps learning fresh and skills relevant. 2. Supportive Culture & Respect for Juniors A standout trait is the respectful and collaborative dynamic between team members, regardless of seniority. Junior employees are given opportunities to contribute, ask questions, and grow, making it a nurturing place for early-career professionals. 3. Positive Work Environment The people are not just knowledgeable, but genuinely helpful. The workplace vibe tends to be friendly, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing, which keeps morale high.

Cons

1. Compensation May Lag Behind Expectations While the work might be fulfilling, the salary packages are often modest compared to industry standards for similar roles and responsibilities. This can affect motivation over time, especially for employees with rising personal and professional demands. 2. Lack of Formal Recognition There's limited emphasis on rewards or appreciation programs. Even when employees perform exceptionally well, acknowledgment might be informal or delayed, which can feel disheartening. 3. Work-Life Balance Can Vary Certain projects or deadlines might demand longer hours, causing a dip in personal time and increasing stress. Without strong boundaries, it can sometimes feel like work spills into personal hours, especially for dedicated team members.

Pros

On the surface, this seems like a respectable company with good growth potential, but there are fundamental flaws in the way this business is run.

Cons

They hired me as Head of Marketing, with the mandate to hire a team and launch their new product. I was let go after just 6 weeks. I've subsequently learnt that the CEO has hired and fired 2 previous Heads of Marketing, and 3 new Sales directors have been and gone in the last 12 months! Do not work for this company! It is an impossible mandate. They are struggling and not open to change.
