Pros

Great diversity and inclusion, team environment, generally a cool product when it works and distributors don't block orders.

Cons

Provi (in theory) is a great tool but it's just not fully there. The lack of distributor and rep support (across the country) makes selling this tool an absolute nightmare. Especially when you are only able to do it over the phone vs in-person. The commission structure for AE's is a joke and not sustainable for long-term growth and use of the product.

Pros

Interesting mission to provide a single platform for Alcohol B2B Smart co-workers, although not many good ones left Summer Friday

Cons

The marketplace is not attracting enough retailers to place orders. Leadership has run out of ideas on how to generate more revenue for the company to grow. The relatively new CTO has grand strategies but delivered nothing. Many projects ended up being terminated due to being too difficult, need too much time to go to market, the company needs immediate impact now and has no patience for the long game. Perhaps, the company is nearing the end of the runway. Many co-workers are laid off. Its almost like a there is a lay off every 6 months. They have also decided not to pay out bonuses for the past 2 years, this means we are not getting our total compensation.
