Whatever Mission driven BS the company used to espouse is completely and totally gone now. Full-on white male privilege and zero opportunity for women or people of color. Don’t think that this “not for profit” is some kind of a warm and fuzzy organization out to help the “poor and vulnerable” because that’s pure fiction. If you work for the system you’re a number and unless white and male, will never be promoted or appreciated. It’s a money making operation and the “sisters of profit” reputation is 100% accurate. If you truly want to work for a system that cares about its employees and the communities it serves, pass on this one.
