Pros
The departments are very supportive and helpful to each other. Questions are easily asked and readily answered. My immediate supervisors are very accessible, coworkers are friendly and happy, and (most of) management remembers my name. There was a time when organization and processes were light and/or lacking, but there's been a great push by leadership to fill in those knowledge gaps. This department is continuously adding processes to increase the quality of the work performed. Supervisors are consciously working towards efficiency and quality.
Cons
C-levels have their own wing of the office (which is normal), but it does tend to separate them from everyone else. Remind me which one is the CEO? There are still some gaps in shared knowledge and training. It's a million times better than it was, but there is still plenty of room for improvement.
